This intimate autumn evening is devoted to healing the Heart Chakra—the center of love, compassion, and receiving.Through a guided Reiki meditation and soothing sound bowl healing, you’ll gently release grief, heartbreak, abandonment wounds, and the places your heart learned to close…while allowing yourself to soften, open, and receive again.
Each woman will light a white candle to keep—a symbol of the light within you, even in darker seasons. We’ll then take a meditative walk to the fire, where you’ll release old pain, protective walls, and stories of not feeling chosen… and begin calling in love, peace, intimacy, and abundance.

This beautiful escape is located on the edge of Mount Albert, Ontario. One hour North of Downtown Toronto.

Sessions are held outdoors, rain or shine, on the peaceful farm grounds or under the shelter of a tent. If extreme weather requires the farm to close, the session will be rescheduled and guests will be notified by email.
This will be a peaceful, meditative experience where you will be lying on the ground, face up, in a relaxed state. All you need to bring is a yoga mat.

The boys will begin the evening with an empowering workshop designed to help them connect with their new friends while building confidence, courage, and a positive mindset. Through guided activities, they will explore different stations inspired by spirituality, affirmations, crystals, angel messages, and fun group challenges created just for them. Each experience is designed to help them feel strong, supported, and proud of who they are, while learning tools they can carry with them in everyday life.
We will take a fun walk through the forest together, giving the boys time to explore, laugh, and connect as we make our way to the healing bowls.
Boys will take part in a relaxing guided healing session with Reiki, sound bowls, and positive affirmations to help them feel calm, strong, and confident while learning how to believe in themselves and trust who they are becoming.
Gathering around the fire, each boy will be guided through a special affirmation reading to speak powerful words about who he is becoming. Parents will then share how they will support him on his journey, and together both will speak one thing they are proud of. This meaningful ceremony is designed to build confidence, courage, and a strong bond between parent and child as we honour the growth happening within each of them.
After the ceremony, the ice cream truck will arrive for a fun and relaxed moment where the boys can celebrate, laugh, and enjoy time together.
Families are welcome to walk the property, feed the animals, and enjoy the peaceful farm setting together.

A truly beautiful experience. My astrology report by Tracy was spot on. It allowed me to see the patterns that keep me stuck in my loop. The holy light healing I received from Sarrah not only helped me to release, but it also provided me with so much insight, leaving me feeling relaxed rejuvenated and supported. Lastly the ascension Boot camp with Stephanie was just the tool I needed to address and begin to change the limiting beliefs I have been placing on myself. These Ladies are amazing!! This Healing Retreat was outstanding and our Hosts, Steph Mahony, Sarrah Smith and Tracy Van Fleet... The day encompassed so much to nourish every aspect of who we are, from the kundalini yoga, visiting the animal sanctuary, creating a lavender bouquet, walking the trails and labyrinth, learning about our own astrological journey, releasing fire ceremony, healing sessions and learning information on how to create our Million Dollar Life.
